At Alunè Atelier, we strive to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. We accept returns for defective items or wrong items sent only. Please note that we do not offer refunds — all eligible returns will be processed as an exchange.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

• Defective item (e.g. damaged fabric, manufacturing defect).
• Wrong item sent (item received does not match your order).

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original box/packaging.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Items without original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our social media (Instagram, TikTok, or Threads) with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Once approved, return and exchange of item will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without original box/packaging.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Undergarments and accessories (e.g. brooches, pins) for hygiene reasons.
