As a small brand, we truly appreciate your understanding that we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges for sizing or production defects.

Eligibility

  • Kindly reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Free from stains, damage, or any scents.

Exchange Method

  • Exchanges can be arranged via Lalamove (KL/Klang Valley) or self pick-up/drop-off.
  • Delivery cost will be borne by the customer (except for production defects).

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Items that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted.
