As a small brand, we truly appreciate your understanding that we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges for sizing or production defects.
Eligibility
- Kindly reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Free from stains, damage, or any scents.
Exchange Method
- Exchanges can be arranged via Lalamove (KL/Klang Valley) or self pick-up/drop-off.
- Delivery cost will be borne by the customer (except for production defects).
