Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Accounts & Rewards

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Rewards points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Alunè Atelier reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.
